Process documentation that people keep up to date
Most organisations have process diagrams. Fewer can say which version is current, who agreed to it, and where staff should look. Business Process Portal exists to answer those three questions.

What we hold ourselves to
Standard files
Your models are BPMN 2.0 files, and anything we add sits in the standard’s extension elements. You can always leave with them.
Your data, where you choose
With Lite and Pro, everything stays in your own WordPress database. On a hosted plan we keep it for you, separate from every other organisation, and you can export it at any time.
Review before release
An approved process should mean someone other than its author agreed to it. The plugin enforces that.
A licence that never locks you out
If a Pro licence lapses, you keep full use of everything you have built. If a hosted plan ends, you can still read and export it all. A lapsed card should not put your governance records at risk.
Built on open standards and open source
The editor is built on bpmn-js from bpmn.io, the open-source BPMN toolkit. Lite and Pro run on WordPress and are licensed under the GPL, like WordPress itself.
