How the plans work
Viewers are free
A viewer reads approved processes and documents. They are never counted or charged, on any plan, whether they are staff signing in or visitors to a public page.
Who counts on a hosted plan
Anyone who is an Administrator, or an Owner, Editor or Reviewer on at least one process or document. Someone who only views is not counted.
Lite’s limit of 5
Every model counts, archived ones too. Delete a model you no longer need and you can start a new one.
Outgrowing a plan
There are no paid extras. Move up a plan at any time. If you move down, nothing is removed; new items wait until you are back under the limit.
If a Pro licence lapses
Nothing is locked. Every model and document stays viewable, editable and exportable. New updates and support stop.
If a hosted plan ends
Your account turns read-only and you can still export everything.

Which one should I choose?
Choose Pro if your processes and documents must stay on your own servers. Choose a hosted plan if you would rather we ran it. Try Lite first if you only want to see the editor.
Can I move from Lite to Pro?
Yes. Buy a licence and enter the key in the plugin. Nothing is reinstalled and every model stays as it is.
Does it renew automatically?
Yes. Pro renews yearly; hosted plans renew monthly or yearly. You can cancel the renewal from your account at any time.
What do I need to run Lite or Pro?
A self-hosted WordPress site: WordPress 7.1 or later and PHP 8.1 or later.
