How the free trial works
- Sign up. Give us your organisation’s name and your work email. You become its first Administrator.
- Confirm your email. Click the link we send you. Your portal is ready straight away.
- Try everything for 14 days. Invite up to 5 people to build and approve, and as many viewers as you like. Import your existing BPMN, Visio and draw.io diagrams.
- Choose a plan. Pick SME, Corporate or Enterprise before the trial ends. If you don’t, the account turns read-only and you can still export everything.

Who at Business Process Portal can see our content?
Our Administrators have access to your models only to support you
Do our readers need an account?
Staff who read approved processes sign in as viewers, free of charge. Anything you mark Public appears on public pages with no sign-in at all.
Can we leave and take our work with us?
Yes. Export every model as a standard BPMN file and download every document at any time, including after a plan ends.
Can we change plan later?
Yes, up or down, from the Billing page. There are no paid extras: to go beyond a limit, move up a plan.
